Damages and Issues

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items only, starting from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility Criteria:

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damage. All other sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds for Failed Deliveries
